My name Kait is short for Kaitlin. I am many things: a dietitian, health coach, life coach, well-being expert, helper, healer, sister, friend, daughter, partner, and more.
But one of my most favorite identities is that I am a human and like you, I’m navigating this thing called LIFE. It’s a messy process for me, just like it is for everyone else. No exceptions. And since I can’t (cough…we can’t) outrun it; I can’t blink my eyes and reach Nirvana; my best chances for a whole-hearted life is to embrace it, mess included.
What makes me great as a coach and educator is my philosophy of human first, knowledge second. I teach humans first how to create space and acceptance for themselves. I teach them how to embrace their humanity. This is both in service to their evolution and a part of it. Only then, is there space for the knowledge to sink in and take root, eventually blossoming into sustainable behavior change. Both result in healthier and more whole-hearted living.
I offer a variety of services in coaching, corporate wellbeing, and consulting. I work with individual one-on-one clients, companies, large and small, and everything in between. My favorite part about my work is the cool humans I get to do it with. Life, after all, is entirely about love and connection, in my humble opinion. And health follows right behind.
So… What is the difference between change and transformation? You’ve probably seen yourself change, but have you ever seen yourself transform?
Transformation takes time. And it’s almost never done in isolation. I’m here to help. In fact, it would be my honor.

So…. can I write you a love letter?
